About Us
In the area of medicine that deals with pain and decreased mobility caused by joint, muscle or nerve issues, traditional solutions usually involve "transactional" processes - specific procedures on one part of the body. These procedures are often invasive and focused on short term solutions. The body however, is an integrated machine. As such we look to a broad spectrum of solutions to treat pain and mobility issues - relying on beneficial solutions offered by traditional medicine (injections, PRP, EPAT) as well as non traditional medicine (massage therapy, yoga and acupuncture). This approach allows us to treat the route causes of pain and not just the symptoms and addresses all affected areas of the body, not just the most prominent. Our treatments help the body work on healing itself. With this approach, we look to solve pain and mobility issues without surgery. While the notion of an integrated approach is not new - it is rarely practiced in the medical world. Using this integrated approach; Dr Snowball has seen dramatic results in freeing patients from pain, increasing their mobility and affording them better long term health and quality of life.

Andrew is a licensed and certified professional in various fields of the healing arts and personal training. A graduate of CCMT (The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy), he has developed a unique method incorporating Massage Therapy and Personal Training that allows clients to reach optimal performance. He understands how muscle imbalances and stress impact our health and well being. He assesses muscular compensations, strengths and weaknesses with massage therapy and then can customize a unique and effective program that integrates personal training, stretching and massage to maximize performance. His mission is to provide wellness-oriented personal care to busy professionals and athletes that help heal, relax and refresh the mind and body. His massage methods are medical in theory and specifically target muscle imbalances, develop endurance, increase strength, improve flexibility, balance, help create lean muscle mass and increase cardiovascular strength. Once learned, the customized program can be practiced in any location by using powerful yet simple movements combined with weights (free weights, weight bars, balance balls or resistance bands) Massage License # NY 023997-1, CT 005255 and Personal Trainer CI# 197-2.
